Working with the Snuggle Puggle

This week I would like to remind all of you the importance of supporting your local Humane Society, Animal Shelter or Rescue Organization. If not for our local Animal Control I would never have been able to come and live with Moco and thus become friends with all you. Let's bark out a special thanks for all these organizations and the hoomans who keep them running so that we are able to have furever homes where we are loved.

And don't forget the foster homes and the humans doing the transport runs also deserve a round of applause and our support for all that they do.

Princess Eva

P.S. And a "thank you" to the ethical breeders who insist that their puppies/dogs are returned to them if needed so that they don't end up adding to the overcrowding in the shelters.

It is wonderful we have all those organizations. Otherwise we might never have met a lot of our furiends, like woo, who found a furever home because of those places.

Oh, Foley!

My girl knows a couple of animal control officers, and she says that their jobs are thankless jobs for SURE! Some of them get so depressed from seeing all the hurt that animals endure, or the ones who never get adopted!

Great message to our bloggin buds! I'm glad you adopted Grammie so I could know you! Give that Grammie a big goober smooch for me, okay?

Goober love,
STanley

Excellent message. The animal shelter is how Wilbur came to live here.

Wait, on second thought, maybe that's not a good thing...

My J has just sponsored a dog who cannot be rehomed due to medical issues (food allergies) from our local shelter.

I am going to post about it before the weekend ........

as a Rescue Boy myself, I am full of admiration for this loyal and loving post.

Woof woof for those wonderful organizations!! My mom has gotten stray cats "fixed" through our local ARF to try to cut down the feral cat population. These organizations along with foster homes are really important for our animal brothers and sisters.

Moco, you are so right you wise and cute little doggy! This here is your loud fartin friend Howie. Friday when mama was drivin to work, she saw a little old sheltie running down a busy street. She pulled over the car, kicked off her high heels and ran barefoot fast as she could and caught that baby and took him to the shelter and his family came for him that evening. I wish she would run to my food bowl and fill it up as fast as she ran down that street!
your good pal,
Fartin Pee
